Can you send me a catalogue of all your products?

Think of this website as an interactive catalogue. All our products are available online and removed, as soon as possible, once sold.
Because our range of products is constantly changing and growing, it is not worth it for us to create a catalogue, as it will not stay up to date.

Is there a minimum order value?

This is an online retail store which means it is aimed at the general public. There is no minimum order quantity, so you are free to compose an order that suits your pocket

Do I need to have an account to shop on this website?

No account is required to shop on this website.
We do recommend signing up for an account as your delivery details will be stored.
There are no costs involved in signing up for an account

Can I pay cash on delivery or collect an order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a cash on delivery service, because we use a third-party courier service for delivery.
We are based in Centurion, but mainly operates as an online store.
You are welcome to come and view and purchase available products or pick up your order from us by appointment.

Do I have to be at home to receive the parcel?

Depending on the shipping method you select.
You have to be at the address given. For the Courier company (Door to Door). A signature will be required as proof of delivery.
Delivery will be during the week and during work hours so please provide us with an appropriate delivery address.

If I order something on the website, am I guaranteed to get it?

Products are subject to stock availability. We do try to keep the website as updated as possible but because we also take orders via Facebook and WhatsApp, some stock levels may not be updated at the time of the order. If any item in your order is sold out, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
